GoodBadOrElse x ComplexCon 2025
Step into the secret laboratory of Xoon, the central character of GoodBadOrElse's original story universe. For our first ComplexCon appearance, we built a fully immersive 10x10 booth from concept through fabrication in four weeks, in-house, on a start-up budget.
At the center, a 10-foot Xoon hovers at rest, regenerating, her energy visibly powering the product line displayed below in test-tube style containers. The figure's support structure is fully concealed within a custom eight-sided display table, engineered to break down completely flat for transport. Faux robotic arms, 3D-printed, painted, and weathered by hand, held merchandise throughout the space, while a backlit, oversized prop display anchored the brand's presence.
Thousands of attendees moved through the space over the course of the weekend, nearly selling out all our merchandise and marking a strong first-year debut for the brand.

The booth was styled as Xoon’s laboratory, where everything from the robotic apparel arms to the display canisters offered visitors a glimpse into the brand’s playful, experimental world.
