GoodBadOrElse (GBOE) is an original streetwear and lifestyle brand founded by Remi Plewe and So-Hee Woo, built around unique IP brought to life through collectible products and physical experiences for a growing community. Behind the brand is a full in-house production pipeline, run alongside my co-founder to bring these characters to market. Most pieces are hand-fabricated from concept sketch to final finish, while select products are produced through sourced manufacturing partners, reflecting both hands-on craft and the resourcefulness to scale when needed.

Capabilities span rapid prototyping, resin casting and painting for the Xoon collectible blind box line, 3D-modeled and printed accessories like Bytzbalm, and management of a sourced overseas manufacturing partner for custom cut-and-sew denim, including specs, sampling, and production oversight. Across every product, the goal is maintaining creative and quality control, whether building by hand or directing an outside partner.
