In the summer of 2018 I was based out of Hangzhou, China where I participated in an internship with e-commerce company, Alibaba. I was part of a small, multi-cultural industrial design team collaborating on products for various branches of the company. I'm not able to go into details at the moment but our work surrounded future hotel concepts and integrating artificial intelligence into fashion. It was an amazing experience learning more about the e-commerce industry and design while absorbing as much as I could in a foreign country.
